Fulfillment Policy for Jordan's Nutrition & Fitness Coaching

Fulfillment Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

At Jordan’s Nutrition & Fitness Coaching, LLC (JNFC), we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized coaching services to help our clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Please review our fulfillment policy for services rendered.


Service Delivery

Coaching Services: Services include custom fitness and nutrition plans, educational resources, community support, and personalized coaching. The agreed-upon services will commence on the start date specified in the signed Client Agreement, provided payment and required intake forms have been completed.

Access to Services: Clients will gain access to digital resources, communication platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Trainerize), and private community groups upon onboarding. Coaching services, including check-ins and weekly guidance, will be provided as outlined in the Client Agreement.

Communication: Clients can contact their coach via WhatsApp for questions and guidance. Coaches will respond within 24 hours, excluding Sundays (urgent requests may still be addressed on Sundays).Weekly check-ins are required and will be reviewed within 24-48 hours, depending on submission timing.

Digital Resources: Access to eBooks, macro tracking guides, recipe packs, and educational materials is included and provided via email or the Trainerize platform.


Refunds and Cancellations

Refund Policy:JNFC does not offer refunds for any payments made, including upfront payments or installment plans. This policy ensures the integrity of the coaching process and program commitments.Clients are encouraged to reach out with concerns to their coach, who will work to resolve issues within the scope of the agreement.

Termination Policy: Clients may terminate their agreement at any time by providing written notice via email, as outlined in the Client Agreement. Text messages or verbal cancellations will not be accepted.A termination fee equal to 50% of the remaining balance of the agreement will apply.


Pausing Services

Clients may request a pause in their coaching agreement for up to 2 months, subject to approval.

During a pause: Payments may be deferred or continued based on JNFC's discretion. Clients will lose access to coaching services, including community groups and the Trainerize app, until services resume.


Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:Completing all required intake forms and providing accurate information for program customization. Submitting weekly check-ins, including photos, measurements, and required data, by the designated deadline (6:00 AM of the specified check-in day). Actively participating in coaching sessions and following provided guidelines. Addressing any concerns with their coach promptly.Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may impact the effectiveness of the program but does not warrant a refund.


Payments and Subscription Continuation

Payments are processed monthly via Wave unless otherwise paid in full at the start of services. Subscriptions automatically renew upon the completion of the initial agreement unless the client provides 30 days' written notice to cancel.


Modification of Services

JNFC reserves the right to modify program offerings with prior written notice. Changes will not impact current clients unless explicitly agreed upon.


Legal and Confidentiality

JNFC upholds the confidentiality of all client information, as outlined in the Client Agreement. All materials provided (eBooks, guides, protocols, etc.) are for personal use and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
