Coach Jordan has felt a calling on her life to help and care for people since she was a little girl. She went through 4 years of nursing school while being a collegiate athlete and ended up working for almost a decade in the hospital system as an Oncology nurse. 

Though she absolutely loved taking care of people at the end of life, she was hit with two very big life changes in 2020. She was pregnant with her first child during one of the scariest pandemics of her lifetime. She was faced with being exposed to one of the very first covid patient’s and had to take a leave from her nursing career for protection over her unborn baby. 

During the time of leave and bringing her beautiful daughter into the world she had a lot of time to reflect on her passions and dreams. One thing she wanted so many people to know after covid was how to lead a healthy lifestyle. As a nurse, she saw so much “Bandaid” practice as patients with cancer and diabetes would eat brownies and drink Mountain Dew or just junk in general while nurses would administer insulin or chemo... There was no cohesiveness between doctors, nurses and patients for true preventative health and Jordan noticed a huge gap that needed to be addressed.  

This is when Jordan’s Nutrition and Fitness was born. And after gaining three certifications, serving over 1000 + happy clients, and changing women’s minds, health, and after having an amazing postpartum body transformation with her babies… Jordan is here to spill all her secrets + tell mama's how it is possible for them too!
